What is a Manager on Record?

ARS 4-101

"Manager" means a natural person who meets the standards required of licensees and who has authority to organize, direct, carry on, control or otherwise operate a licensed business on a temporary or full-time basis.

What does that mean?

This is the manager for the license. This can be the owner if they will available for day to day operations of the license or whomever they choose to be the main contact for the DLLC. A manager can be listed for multiple licenses under the same licensee.

The Manager on Record will need:

Fingerprinting

Background check

*Attend Title 4 Manager Class

At ALIC, our team of professionals can help you through the application process. The details can be tedious for first time applicants so let us help you to ensure nothing is missed and you can have your grand opening with no hinderances.

In addition to obtaining your license we can help you establish relationships with distributors, insurance, and liquor lawyers when you become a client.

*The Manager on Record should take our Manager Class every 3 years. This class, along with our Basic Class, is a requirement from the DLLC.
