  • Please check with the local government (city, state, county) in which your event takes place. Some cities are requiring applications to be submitted 90 days in advance.
    The ideal time frame to make sure your Special Event gets approved with the DLLC is to apply at least 60 days in advance.
    The Dept of Liquor will not accept any license requests less than 10 days in advance.

  • If your event is heavily promoted and you have more than 2000 people attending, you can hire our team to monitor bartenders, work with security to identify and remove over-intoxicated patrons, and identify and remove underage patrons using a fake ID.
    For an additional fee, our liquor law expert can consult on your security plan.
