We recommend putting these in a 3-ring binder with sleeves on both sides of the rings.  We also recommend putting each document in a sheet protector, as that will likely extend the life of your binder and its contents.  The current/updated Employee Log (required upon request) could lead and then all of the staff’s Basic and Management certifications. You could also do this with Food Handler Cards for the Health Department.

• You are required to have the Fetal Alcohol signage posted within 20 feet of each register.
• You are required to have a current/updated Employee Log available upon request by the DLLC.
• No Firearms signage is optional.  If you choose to post it, it should be posted at your main entrances and another near the liquor license.
• All retail licensees shall display the liquor license in a conspicuous public area of the licensed premises that is readily accessible for inspection by any peace officer, distributor, wholesaler, or member of the public.

Also, remember that every drop of alcohol on the licensed premise must come from a licensed wholesaler.  We recommend keeping all of your alcohol invoices onsite or readily accessible for inspection by the DLLC.
